I am very excited to be a member of the new and innovative group of agents at Showcase Properties Unlimited, Denver's newest real estate office offering "personal brokerage services" to meet the current market's demands. I have been in the real estate business in the Denver Metro area since 2000 and have been a top producing agent and a Member of the Denver Board of Realtors "Round Table of Excellence", a prestigious award with very high performance requirements.

As a "Certified Residential Specialist", (CRS) member, and a "Graduate of the Real Estate Institute," (GRI) I have gone the extra mile to obtain the extra education required in today’s real estate market to better serve my clients. I have also had additional training in how Senior Citizens are impacted differently in real estate transactions than most people. This designation is the "Seniors Real Estate Specialist," (SRES).  Most of my business is referrals from family, friends, friends of friends and past clients.

I enjoy working in all areas of Metro Denver, especially Capitol Hill, Park Hill, Mayfair, Congress Park, where I own several rental properties. I also work in Lakewood, and most of Jefferson County where I live currently with my Border Collie, Bailey.
